The Diversity Residency Toolkit

Organizations wishing to create or improve a residency program will find this toolkit useful. The tools can also “be used to support early career librarians, librarians new to an institution, and any librarian who does not identify as being part of the dominant library culture that is mainly cisgender white women.” Developed by members of the 2019 ACRL Residency Interest Group: Kalani Adolpho, Maya Bergamasco, Ana Corral, Michelle Peralta, Mallary Rawls, Laura Tadena, and Willa Tavernier.
